1. Exfoliate and moisturise dry areas 24 hours before tanning.
2. Pump the mousse onto a tanning mitt.
3. Apply evenly using sweeping motions.
4. Use sparingly on dry areas such as elbows, knees, ankles and face.
5. Rinse after 2 hours for a medium tan or leave on for 6–8 hours for a deeper colour.
6. Moisturise daily to help maintain an even fade.
   

For best results, apply using a self-tan mitt and blending brush.
