Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. Any queries received outside of these hours, including weekends and bank holidays, will be answered on the next business day.

Our standard delivery is a 48h service that is valid for orders placed by 1pm Monday-Friday for in stock items.
Alternative options are Courier service (which is available for orders after 1pm) and will either be next day (Mainland UK) or 48 hours (Channel Islands, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland).
We currently do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.
refunds & returns policy
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30 Day Returns Policy so you can send any unwanted items back to us (within 30 days of the delivery date), and without any queries, we will refund the cost of your items.
We’ve made our returns process really simple:
If the item is faulty/damaged or you have received the incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at hello@sunandskin.com and include the following:
- Full Name
- Order #
- Details of the return/refund
- Photos of parcel/products (if faulty/damaged)
We can only refund or exchange items which are returned in the same condition in which you received them.
