Spray generously and spread evenly by hand 15 minutes before sun exposure. Hold the container 10 to 15 centimetres from the skin when applying to the body. Do not spray directly onto the face—spray onto your hands first, then apply to your face. Avoid using in windy conditions and ensure you are in a well-ventilated area. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, and immediately after towel drying. Reapply at least every two hours.
