1. Ensure skin is clean and thoroughly exfoliate the areas you wish to tan.
2. Shake the bottle well before use.
3. Dispense the tanning mousse onto a tanning mitt or into your hand.
4. Apply evenly using long, sweeping, circular motions over the desired areas.
5. Wash your hands thoroughly after application if you have not used a tanning mitt.
6. Allow the product to dry completely before getting dressed.
7. For a lighter tan, rinse after 1 hour.
8. For a deeper tan, leave on for 2–3 hours before rinsing.

Do not rely on this product for sun protection. Always use a suitable broad-spectrum sunscreen when exposed to UV.
