RETURNS

We’ve made our returns process really simple:

If the item is faulty/damaged or you have received the incorrect item, please get in touch with our customer service team. We will endeavour to resolve your return within 30 days.

PLEASE NOTE:

We are currently off for the holidays, enjoying some sun and putting our products to the test, and are unable to respond to emails right now. Please rest assured that we will get back to you upon our return on January 12, 2026.

Regarding returns, we are extending our returns window to the end of January for all orders placed between December 20th and January 11th. If your order is faulty or damaged, or for any order issues, we will address this immediately upon our return. As a reminder, for unwanted returns or exchanges, items must be returned in their original packaging and a saleable condition.

STEP 2

Send the items back to us. It’s best that you send your goods back via a Recorded service, as we cannot accept liability for anything which is lost in the post on its way back to us.

STEP 3

Sit back and wait, we’ll do the rest!


 

We can only refund or exchange items which are returned in the same condition in which you received them.
