Rewind to before 2014, and we were known as Proderm. The pivotal moment came in 2013 when our founder's daughter, the spirited and joyous Evelyn, was born. With her infectious enthusiasm for life, she quickly earned the affectionate nickname, "Evy."
It was then that we realised that Evy, embodying the vibrant future and potential of the next generation, was the perfect inspiration for our rebranding. Evy isn't just a name. It signifies hope, future, and the deep-rooted love and care that we want to pass on to our next generations through our products.
So, every time you choose Evy, remember that you're not just selecting a product, but a promise to protect and cherish what's truly precious.
What makes Evy products different?
EVY is different because all of our products are built from our patented base technology. This sees the product absorbed into the entire epidermis, where it mimics the skin barrier and therefore provides a much longer-lasting protection.
What are your favourite Evy products?
Our favourite EVY products would be our Daily Defence SPF 50, specially designed for the face and with active ingredients, it can be your all-in-one product, but also works equally well as a booster for other skincare products, taking them further into the epidermis, where the molecules are small enough.
Next would be our After Sun, although this should be called “After All”. It really is a superhero product when it comes to hydration, moisture, soothing irritated skin; it can even replace the daily moisturiser or be used before swimming in chlorinated water to protect the skin from drying out.
What does your daily skincare or suncare routine look like?
Daily skincare routine would start with our EVY Hybrid Cleansing Mousse, followed by EVY Daily Defence SPF 50 in the summer. In the winter, EVY Daily UV SPF 30 hits the spot, especially with its hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, collagen and silk extracts. And for a safe colour, our self tan gives an easy-to-apply, naturally sun-kissed look.
What’s your favourite moment in nature?
Favourite moment in nature is quiet beaches, gentle sea breeze, salty air, and whispering palms. (And not being covered in sand thanks to our easily absorbed mousse!)
What’s one skincare tip you swear by?
The skincare tip we swear by is that SPF is for every single day, year-round. Your future skin will thank you.
